The Networked Individual was created by Olle Lindholm in April 2010.

He has previously blogged for FirstYear@Unimelb and FRESH Magazine. He is the author of Listening to Sophie and is currently the editor-in-chief for the college-based newspaper The Globe.

With this blog, he aims to discuss the impacts of new media on the individual as part of his media studies at the University of Melbourne.

Media practices have changed significantly since the birth of the internet.

Olle Lindholm now has his own Twitter account, Facebook page and website.

He is rather fascinated and concerned of his new “public image” and what it will do to his future. Exciting times, indeed.
